Due to the digital nature of virtual goods, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we're committed to ensuring a fair resolution for valid concerns.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
* Technical Issues - Item delivery failures that we cannot resolve
* Duplicate Purchases - Accidental duplicate orders (within 24 hours)
* Non-Delivery - Items not delivered within 48 hours despite being online
* Unauthorized Purchases - Verified fraudulent transactions
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind after purchase
* Items that have been used, consumed, or activated
* Account bans or punishments for rule violations
* Server resets, wipes, or scheduled maintenance
* Items transferred to another player
* Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:
* Immediate suspension of your account
* Removal of all purchased items
* Permanent ban from our services

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
* Contact us through our Discord server or support channels
* Include your order ID and Minecraft username
* Describe the issue in detail
* Submit within 48 hours of your purchase
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
* Credit/Debit Cards - 5-10 business days
* PayPal - 3-5 business days
* Cryptocurrency - Subject to review (original payment method when possible)
